wenn du dich anmeldest, also user name und passwort eingibst achte mal drauf ob ein !!! haken bei "remember me" !!! gesetzt ist.. wenn nicht setz den da hin und dann erst auf "log in" klicken...

dann sollte es gehen...

du darfs immer blos eins downloaden. Und während des downloadet kein anders downloaden. War bei mir auch so.
