In here, go to Elec Town2. First, talk to the woman at the side near the exit to
the square, then talk to the old man examining stuff at Jomon's. The man will
examine Lan's PET, and tells him that if he removes the device that has locked
the folder, it'll destroy the PET! However, there is a 7-digit password field
which should be able to unlock the device. MegaMan will mention the Paper that
the guy dropped, and Lan will hand it over to the old man. Turns out that these
are clues to the numbers for unlocking the PET. The old man asks Lan if he's in
the tournament, and then says that he'll be back soon.

Of course, you must remember, there is no actual battling in this scenario
besides against SparkMan. It's entirely text-based, with the Paper clues. There
is no trigger in the game, so you can just enter these three passwords right now
and one of them will be correct. Here are the passwords so far known. I believe
that these are somewhat different from the Japanese versions, though.
