----+----+----+----+----+----

                                  Basic moves

1. Normally in the arcade version there were 4 buttons. Weak punch, strong
punch, weak kick, and strong kick. Since this is Game Boy, then Takara had
to improvise and ended up giving us this: A button is for kicks, B button is
for punch. But if you press a button once, you'll do a weak punch or kick. But
if you press and hold the button the character will do a strong kick or punch.
I guess this was the only way out for Takara if they wanted the game in Game
Boy version. This can also be done when launching special moves like Hadokens
and Shoryukens (sorry...wrong game).

2. Below the screen, you'll notice there is a special combo meter ala Street
Fighter (also called "Mamimum") which can be done to use Super Attacks which
do more damage than any normal attack. This game is so unique, that to charge
this special meter you'll have to press A,B, and Down. But if you are one of
those players who just like to attack, attack and attack and don't have time
for this you can let your opponent kick your ass. So that every time you get hit,
the special meter charges a little bit.
You can also press select and make this special gauge shorter, but the shorter
it is, the weaker the special attack will be.

3. Besides that type of attack there is one more attack which happens to be
some sort of knockout punch (or kick). To do this move simply press Forward+A+B.
To do this attack in the air, simply press A+B.

4. To move faster forward or backward press twice in the direction you want
to move faster.

5. To grab or throw your opponent press forward+A or B near them.

6. Another basic move in the game is to Jump over fireballs. To do it,
you must press or touch the directional button were you want to jump just
a little bit. If you hold the directional then you'll do a normal jump.
If this is to hard for you button smashers (you know who you are) then press
A and B simultaniously. You character will avoid the fireball and counter
attack.

(a) COUNTER ATTACK

The counter attack option here is really hard to do. Since the game is
somewhat slow because It's gameboy...you must counter attack just in the
right moment when your opponent is hitting you. You can counter attack even if
your opponent is throwing multiple attacks.

(b) "MAXIMUM"

This is like a Street Fighter combo meter with the difference that you
can do the special attack also when your life bar is in red (or for those
of you who don't have game boy color, when you are about to die and have
just a bit of energy left). Maximum attacks will be entitled with two **.

----+----+----+----+----+----

                                  Game modes

Single Play, and Team play. If you've played the arcade version you'll know
what I'm talking (or better yet...writing about). If you haven't played an
arcade version then go read another FAQ.

There is also a V.s. mode but to play it you must have 2 Game boys connected
each with 2 different KOF95 cartridges via Video Link.

----+----+----+----+----+----

                                  Character's movelist

(1) KYO KUSANAGI

He is one of my favorites and possibly one of the best. He is
very fast and should be no problem when trying to avoid attacks.
I'd choose him over any of the bosses any day.

- Hyakuhachishiki Yamibara = d, df, f+B
- Hyakushiki Aniyaki = f, d, df+B
- Hyakuichi Oborugruma = b, d, db+A
- Niyakujunishiki Kototsukyo = f, df, d, db, d+A

**Urahyakuhachishiki Orochinagi** = d, db, b, db, d, df, f+B

(2) BENIMARU NIKAIDO

If you press d+A Benimaru will attack with some sort of flying
elbow which hits 4 or 3 times. If your opponent block you, then
hit them again with one of your attacks or your Super Maximum.

- Raijiken = f, d, df+B
- Shinkukatategoma = f, df, d, db, b+A
- Iashigeri = d, df, f+A
- Hondousandange = d, df, f+A
- Super Inatzuma Kick = d, u+A

**Raikouken** = d, df, f, d, df+B

(3) YURI SAKASAKI

If you use her Hyakuretsubnyta with a weak kick, she won't do
shit. But if you do it close to your opponent it will work.
Why? Ask Takara. That's all I can tell you from Yuri.

- Ko Hou Ken = d ,df, f+B
- Sayfu = d, db, b+B
- Hyakuretsubnyta = d, df, f+A
- Yuri Chooapa = f, df, d, db, b+B
- Houshioukouken = f,d, df+B

**Hienhooukoken** = f, b, f, df, d, db, b+A

(4) HEINDERN

This guy is slow, and a loser. Never ever choose him. Unless
trying out his moves from this FAQ.

- Moon Slice = d, u+B
- Cross Cutter = b, f+B
- Neck Rolling = d, u+A
- Storm Finger = f,df, d, db, b+B

**Final Storm Finger** = b, d, u+A

(5) ATHENA ASAMIYA

After using her Super Maximum, press {d, df+B} and she will
release all of those crystal balls getting more hits.
Also, her Psycho Sword attack can be used in mid air.

- Psycho Bolt Attack = d, db, b+B
- Psycho Reflector = b, db, d, df, f+A
- Fenix Arrow (in air) = d, db, b+B
- Psycho Sword = f, d, df+B

**Shinning Crystal Bit** = b, f, df, d, db, b, ub+B

(6) RALF

Ralf can throw several Super Maximums in a row. But don't do a lot
because your opponent will start to learn your attack pattern and
counter attack you. Overall...Ralf is a pretty good fighter.

- Vulcan Punch = B
- Rolling Attack = b, f+B
- Super Argentina Backbreaker (near opponent) = b, db, d, df, f+A
- Destroyer Punch = d, u+B

**Mega Vulcan Punch** = db, b, f+B

(7) RYO SAKAZAKY

He is flawless. Throw a weak fireball and follow it up
with any attack of his or better yet...his Super Maximum and
you have a killing machine! Nothing can stop you! Ok, maybe Ryu from
street fighter can.

His Super Maximum can de done while in mid air!

- Ko Hou Ken = d, df, f+B
- Hienshiipukyaku = db, f+A
- Kohou = f, d, df+B
- Houshioukouken = f, b, db, d, df, f+B
- Sanretsu Ken = f, df, d, db, b+B
- Kuchoko Ouken (in air) = d, df, f+B
- Kyokugenryurenpuken (near opponent) = b, db, d, df, f+B

**Ryuokoranpu** = d, df, f, df, d, db, b+B

(8) TERRY BOGARD

One of the elite of the game. His attacks can be used anywhere and
anytime against anyone. He is really fast and it's really easy to
beat the game with him. Have you noticed how he can give Ryo a good
fight? I guess Terry Bogard is the only one in the game with enough
combos and attacks to kill Nakoruru, Omega Rugal and Saisyu.

- Burning Knuckle = d, db, b+B
- Power Wave = d, df, f+B
- Rising Tackle = d, u+B
- Crack Shot = d, db, b, ub+A
- Power Dunk = f, d, df+A

**Power Geiser** = d, db, b, db, f+B

(9) JOE HIGASHI

When using his Bakuretsuken, press {d, df, f+B} and Joe will
do more hits than usual. Mmmmm.....is that it? Yeah...he's
not a great fighter after all is he? Somebody better call Sagat or
Adon.

- Hurricane Uppercut = b, db, d, df, f+B
- Slash Kick = db, uf+A
- Tiger Kick = d, df, f, uf+A
- Bakuretsuken = B
- Aogonnokakato = d, db, b+A

**Screw Napal** = f, b, db, d, df+B

(10) SIE KENSOU

He sucks. His attacks are terrible. But...if your Super Maximum
makes contact with your opponent, they can kiss their winning streak
against you goodbye. His Super Maximum is simply the most devastating
attack in the game.

- Chio Kyo Dan = d, db, b+B
- Ryu Gaku Sai = b, d, db+A
- Ryu Ren Ga = b, db, d, df, f+B
- Ryu Soo Geky (in air) = d, db, b+B

**Shin Ryutenfukyaku** = d, df, f, b, f+B (This is freaking nasty)

(11) KIM KAP HWAN

Kim Kap Hwan can't throw fireballs, but this is not bad.
You can use his Super Maximum in the air and his attacks
usually can be done one after another to keep opponent from
using fireballs or long range attacks.

- Hongetsuzan = d, db, b+A
- Hienzan = d, u+A
- Hishiokyaku = d, df, f+A
- Ryuseiraku = b, f+A

**Hou Ou Kyaku** = d, db, b, db, f+A

(12) MAY SHIRANUI

Mai can apply her Super Maximum in the air! Really nice work
Takara. Also, her Musabi No Mai is done when jumping also. Press
d, db, b+B and see the results!

- Kachiosen = d, df, f+B
- Ryuenpu = d, db, b+B
- Hysatsushinobibachi = b, db, d, df, f+A
- Musabi No Mai = d, u+B
- Hishioenyin = f, d, df+A

**Chiohiisatsushinobibachi** = f, db, f+A

(13) IORI YAGAMI

Let's face it, when Iori attacks his opponents will not
fly trough the air. So it's hard to play as him. I suggest
you send a Hyakuhaschishiki with weak punch and inmidiately
do your Super Maximum to do a cheap attack which takes a lot
of damage from your opponent. I can tell you that after playing
the 30 plus hours with the game Iori was the most effective character.
He truly is a dangerous foe.

- Hyakuhaschishiki Yamibara = d, df, f+B
- Hyakushiki Oniyaki = f, d, df+B
- Hyakuniyunanashiji Aoibana = d, db, b+A
- Nihyakuyunishiki Kototsukiin = f, df, d, db, b+A

**Kinsennihyakuyuichishiki Yaotone** = d, db, b, db, d, df, f+B

(14) EIJI KISARAGI

He is one of the best. His attacks are the best. But it's a
bitch to master all of his moves since the button combinations
are really hard to learn. A good thing is you can use the Santesuha
infinite times to keep your opponent at bay.

- Kikohoo = d, df, f+B
- Ryueiyin = b, db, d, df, f+B
- Tenmkyaku = d, db, b, ub+A
- Kasumigiri = d, db, b+B
- Koobagiry = f, df, d, db, b+A
- Santesuha = d, df, f, df, d, db, b+B
- Kageutsushi = d, df, f+A

**Zantetsutoroken** = b, db, d, df, f, df, d+B

(15) BILLY KANE

This guy is cheap. If you cn hit your opponent with your Maximum
power then you may have chance. Otherwise he sucks. His moves don't
do a lot of damage and they are really hard to make contact. But...
I mastered a way to make the most out of Billy Kane. Simply wait
until his Maximum gauge is full and his attacks will be faster! Use
his Senbu Hyshiukon and he will land slower so that you can get more
hits on your opponent.

- Senbukon = B
- Zusumeotoshi = d, db, d, df, f+B
- Sansetsuconchudanuchi = b, db, d, df, f+B
- Senbu Hyshiukon = db, d, df, f+A

**Chyokaensenbukon** = d, df, f, df, d, db, b+B

----+----+----+----+----+----

                                  Secret characters

   'SAISYU KUSANAGI'

There is only 1 way to get Saisyu and that is to press SELECT 3 times
when the TAKARA logo appears after starting the game. You must think that
since Saisyu is a boss, then he is powerful. Well...you're wrong. He is pretty
useless. His attack don't do quite as much damage as ny other in the game and
his attack patern is just like Kyo's (like father, like son).

His moves are:

- Yamibarai = d, df, f+B
- Kamukakari = f, df, d, db, b+B
- Aniyaki = f, d, df+B

**Orochinagi** = d, db, b, db, d, df, f+B

   'OMEGA RUGAL'

To choose Omega Rugal you must do the above code where you choose Saisyu. After
pressing SELECT 3 times at the TAKARA logo, Omega Rugal should also be selectable
now at character select screen.

His moves are:

- Reppuken = d, df, f+B
- Kaiser Wave = f, b, db, d, df, f+B
- Genocide Cutter = d, db, b, ub, +A
- Dark Varia = d, df, f+A
- Body Press = f, df, d, db, b+B

**Giant Body Pressure** = f, df, d, db, b, f, df, d, db, b+B

   'NAKORURU'

Mmmm....press SELECT 20 times at the TAKARA screen and Nakoruru should be
available now. She has the best attacks in the game. She does more damage than
anybody in the game. She is the Queen of fighters 95!

Her moves are:

- Amubeyatoro = f, df, d, db, b+B
- Annumutsube = b, db, d+B
- Reramutsube = d, df, f+B
- Kamairymuse = b, d, db+B
- Kamaimutsube (after Kamairymuse) = B
- Reramutsube (after Kamairymuse) = d+B
- Apechikamuirimase = b, d, db+B and hold

**Ererutsukamuirimuse** = f, df, d, db, b, f, df, d, db, b+B
