Cape Codswallop (First World)

Red Wharf (Dock Stage)
Warp: When you reach the first rope, jump up on the left side of it.
Bonus Coin: After reaching the O in the water, swim left through the wood.
Bonus Coin: A while before the G, climb the rope and jump to the left.
DK Coin: After the G, jump into the barrel.

Seabed Shanty (Underwater Stage)
Warp: ???
Bonus Coin: After the N, swim left past the urchin.
Bonus Coin: After the G, go left of the DK Barrel.
DK Coin: Go directly above the G.

Ford Knocks (Dock Stage)
Warp: At the second fly, go in the water, swim past the gate, and jump left.
Bonus Coin: Go on top of the first house an jump towards the right.
Bonus Coin: After the Half-Way Barrel, fall into the narrow hole.
DK Coin: A while before the finish.

Total Rekoil (Warehouse Stage)
Warp: When you get to the first jumping enemy, helicopter to the right.
Bonus Coin: From the beginning, jump towards the left.
Bonus Coin: Go right of the G and jump on the highest of the two elevators.
DK Coin: Before you reach the K, keep going to the left.

Koco Channel (Icewater Stage)
Warp: When you reach the first fly, jump on it and bounce towards the left.
Bonus Coin: After the Half-Way Barrel, go up and helicopter to the left.
Bonus Coin: When you reach the G, go all the way left of it, in the water. 
DK Coin: When you see the K, jump on the two birds towards the right.

Liftshaft Lottery (Warehouse Stage)
Warp: Directly above the first Tin Barrel you meet.
Bonus Coin: Before the O, helicopter to the left, passing the bee.
Bonus Coin: After the G, go on the elevator and jump left at the top.
DK Coin: Right of the N, go onto the lever going all the way up.

Barbos Bastion (Underwater Boss Stage)
Bonus Coin: Defeat Barbos by shooting urchin at his eyes.

Primate Plains (Second World)

Coral Quarrel (Underwater Stage)
Bonus Coin: It's beneath the two holes beside each other where fish come out.
Bonus Coin: After the N and DK Barrel, go down and go past the G.
DK Coin: After the Half-Way Barrel, go left.

Minky Mischief (Tree Stage)
Bonus Coin: Right before the Half-Way Barrel, go down past the bee.
Bonus Coin: When you see a arrow of bananas inside a tree, go up.
DK Coin: Before the finish, go outside of the tree and jump to the left.

Jetty Jitters (Dock Stage)
Bonus Coin: When you get to a narrow hole with a rope above it, fall into it.
Bonus Coin: After the N, jump on top of the house and jump to the right.
DK Coin: Go forward and get the Metal Barrel first, then go all the way back.

Black Ice Blitz (Snow Stage)
Bonus Coin: After you lose your vehicle, go left a fall into the second hole.
Bonus Coin: After the DK Coin, jump where a single banana is.
DK Coin: Jump over the finish to get there.

Riverbank Riot (Icewater Stage)
Bonus Coin: When you reach water, go in and swim to the left.
Bonus Coin: When you reach two bees beside each other, go down under.
DK Coin: Right at the beginning.

Miller Instinct (Warehouse Stage)
Bonus Coin: Become Squawks and go directly right of the DK Coin.
Bonus Coin: After going above the maze, go right.
DK Coin: Just before the Squawks Barrel.

Bleak Magic (Snow Boss Stage)
Bonus Coin: Defeat Bleak by throwing barrels at him.

Blackforest Plateau (Third World)

Rocketeer Rally (Waterfall Stage)
Bonus Coin: When you reach the K, go right and jump on the fly to get across.
Bonus Coin: When you reach the G, jump on the enemy, holding left in the air.
DK Coin: Before the finish, go left.

Vertigo Verge (Rope Stage)
Bonus Coin: At the part with three bees and four holes, go all the way left.
Bonus Coin: Go under the arrow of bananas that is after the G.
DK Coin: A while after the Half-Way Barrel.

Polar Pitfalls (Snow Stage)
Bonus Coin: When you see an O in a hole, go to the next hole and fall in.
Bonus Coin: Fall into the hole right after the N.
DK Coin: A while after the Half-Way Barrel.

Surface Tension (Icewater Stage)
Bonus Coin: It is behind the start.
Bonus Coin: It is close to the O, in the hole.
DK Coin: It is below the N.

Tundra Blunda (Snow Stage)
Bonus Coin: When you start, go back and jump when you're on top of the house.
Bonus Coin: When you see a fly up above, jump on it and hold left in the air.
DK Coin: It is after the finish.

Redwood Rampage (Tree Stage)
Bonus Coin: After the jumping guy, go all the way down, and then go left.
Bonus Coin: At the G, go left, down, outside, then up for a hidden barrel.
DK Coin: When you get to the second jumping guy, jump on him and go up.

Arich Attack (Tree Boss Stage)
Bonus Coin: Kill Arich by jumping on his head, and by avoiding his attacks.

Great Ape Lakes (Fourth World)

Jungle Jeopardy (Jungle Stage)
Bonus Coin: When you reach a conveyer belt, fall when you see a banana below.
Bonus Coin: After the G, fall into the center of a hole with a fly above it.
DK Coin: Before the finish.

Footloose Falls (Waterfall Stage)
Bonus Coin: After the O, go left of the arrow of bananas.
Bonus Coin: In the hole right before the DK Coin.
DK Coin: Before the end, go directly right.

Deep Reef Grief (Underwater Stage)
Bonus Coin: When you reach the O, go right, passing the urchins.
Bonus Coin: After the N, go down when you see an arrow of bananas.
DK Coin: When you get to an arrow of bananas pointing down, go right.

Karbine Kaos (Mechanical Stage)
Bonus Coin: ???
Bonus Coin: When you reach the N, go up by a barrel, and left along the rope.
DK Coin: Go left during the downward path a while after the Half-Way Barrel.

Simian Shimmy (Tree Stage)
Bonus Coin: When you get to a fat bird which is hiding an O, jump on it.
Bonus Coin: When you see a fly over a Tin Barrel, jump on the fly and go up.
DK Coin: At the N, go left into the tree, then fall all the way down.
