WHAT THIS IS ABOUT

Ok, for all those that do not know, this FAQ is made for those gamers
that have asked me to do an option menu FAQ for those who do not
understand Japanese. After a few people had emailed me, I've decided to
do it. Thanks to these gamers who have told me.

SOMETHING YOU SHOULD KNOW
------------------------------------------------------------------------
This game is really fun and you'll certainly get hooked once you have
played it. It's kinda like the game "WACKY WHEELS". But the difference
is that each character has different attributes which "WACKY WHEELS"
didn't have. You can also alter your character's attributes.

CONTROLS

Circle = Accelerate
X = Brake
Triangle = Reverse
R1 = Use a weapon you've have in collected
L1 = Use the special you've chosen at the
specials screen

MAIN MENU
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ok, at the main menu, there are a few options right? Anyway, you should
have that much problem with this as there are english sub titles. But
I'll tell you what you can do.
Options: Go to the options menu. At the options menu, you can change
your controller's config, edit the sound, view track records, view FMVs
from the game, select whether you want to use dual shock or normal
controller.
Time Mode: Timed race. Try this. You've gotta improve each time after
the first race as you'll be racing against your ghost! Choose any
character and an ability. Note that there are only five abilities to
choose from( that's if you've completed the game at least twice).
Improve your time.
Story: Story mode. Use chocobo and try collecting all the eight crystal
gears. Aquire other characters and skills after defeating them. You can
also change your stats after beating the story mode.
GP: GrandPrix. Challange other characters is GrandPrix. Choose four
courses and a level of difficulty and get set to go! After choosing the
four courses and after that you'll see three options before starting the
race. This is to choose the difficulty level. First option is easy,
second option is medium and third option is hard. The difference is that
your opponents are smarter and faster. Try medium or hard if easy is no
challange. Two player mode available.At the character select screen,
choose the first option for one player, second for two players.
Relay: Choose three characters and three abilities for a relay match
with your opponents. One player or two player available. At the
character select screen, choose the first option for one player, second
for two players.
Data: Load or save your game. Save is the top one, load is the bottom
one. Yes if two characters, no is three characters. It a basic thing to
know this if you are a frequent Jap game player.

OPTIONS MENU

Ok, so here's what you gamers wanted enjoy!
At the options menu, there are quite a few things that you can do.
Chosing the first option lets you see the track records.
In that menu, there are four options. First one lets you view track
records. Second lets you view another type of track records. The third
lets you delete the track records.
Chosing the second option brings you to the configure controls option.
You can change the config to your liking here.
There is a vertical row of options. They are:
1st : Accleration. Default is circle.
2nd : Brake. Default is X.
3rd : Use item. Default is R1.
4th : Use special. Default is L1.
5th : Reverse. Default is triangle.
6th : A choice of two options. I think that it is whether you want a
normal controller or dual shock controller.
7th : Change config back to default.
8th : Accept.
Third option is to enter the sound room. You can here different sounds
and music from the game. You can also change the volume of the BGM and
music.
The fourth is where you see the movies or rather FMVs' of the game.
Just scroll from left to right to see the different FMVs of the game.
Winning the GrandPrix with each character adds another FMV of the shots
taken from the ending. You can also see the FMVs from the story mode.
The fifth option is ... I dunno.
The sixth option is like the one in the controller config but it is for
player one. It is to choose between normal controller dual shock
controller.
The seventh option is is the same as the above but for player two.
The eight option is the same again, but it is for both players.
And finally the last option is to exit to main menu.
Well, that's all folks.
