This is my third walkthrough/FAQ so it's by no mean perfect or complete.
I have recently sold my 3DO system with all the games so even though
this walkthrough is not complete, I will probably never get to complete
it. If anyone feels like completing this walkthrough, please email me
and let me know.

Rookie Stages:
--------------
There are 4 rookie stages. You are paired with a female partner. The
stages are: Practice, Electronic Store, Street and Warehouse. Notice
you don't have to play the Practice stage to advance.

Practice:
---------
This is pretty simple. Just shoot the bad guys and don't shoot the
good people. It's just a practice round anyway.

Electronic Store:
-----------------
The first robber pops up on the right, in front of some speakers.
Shoot him. Then as you move right, a lady robber pops out on the right
in front of a door. Shoot her. As you move left, a lady sales person
pops up in front of a bunch of VCRs. Don't shoot. Then a robber comes
out behind her. Shoot him. Next you see your partner. Don't shoot!
A robber says "I give up. I give up. Don't shoot." He drops his gun
but it's only a trick. He'll pull out another gun and try to shoot you.
Shoot him before he does. A guy will then pop up from the upper right
corner. Shoot him. Then, a guy comes out from the left. Shoot him.
That's the end of this round.

Street:
----------
Your partner is talking on the radio. As she goes away, you will see
someone aiming at you behind a car on the left. Shoot him.
The scene changes and a guy in red is shooting at you behind the red
car. He's a little to the right of the center. Shoot him. Then a guy
with a shotgun pops up on the left of the screen. Shoot him. Another
guy pops up a little bit left of the first guy. Shoot him. A guy in
beanie steps up from the right. Shoot him.
The scene changes to a building. You'll see the position of two guys
before they hide. One is on top floor; the other is in the middle of
the building. First, aim for the guy in the middle of the building.
Then a guy steps up from the right. Shoot him. Lastly, aim for the
guy on the top floor. That's the end of this round.

Warehouse:
----------
When you get in, you'll catch a guy off guard. Shoot him before he
reacts. Next, an employee tells you not to shoot and where the others
are. A guy comes out behind the wall on the left. Shoot him. Next, a
guy is riding on a forklift. Shoot him.
Next scene, a guy steps up from the right. Shoot him. Next guy jumps
in from the left. Shoot him. Last guy pops out from the left of the
box on the right. Shoot him and watch him fry. Your partner then pops
up. Don't shoot her!
Next scene, people show up randomly. I've listed them below. Just
shoot as fast as you spot them. Note, Sometimes an old guy comes out
from the right and say, "They are over the place." Don't shoot him!
1) A guy shows up behind the boxes on the right.
2) A bad guy pops up in the gap on the left.
3) A bad guy steps up from the right.
4) A bad guy comes out in front of 1). After you shoot him, he will
pop up on top of the boxes. Shoot him again and that's the end
of the round.

Undercover Stages:
------------------
After you beat Rookie, you go to Undercover. There are 3 Undercover
Stages. You are paired with a guy. The stages are: Airport, Garage,
and Strip Club.

Airport:
--------
You'll be able to see where the bad guys are before they hide. First,
the one behind the red sports car pops up. Shoot him. Then, he rolls
to the left of the car. Shoot him again. Then, a guy pops up behind
where the first guy first showed up. Shoot him. Next, a guy pops up
behind the left car. He's to the right of the windshield. Shoot him.
Last guy steps out from the left. Shoot him.
Next scene, a guy dressed like a cop is hiding behind the car on the
right. Shoot him. Then a lady comes out, don't shoot. Then, shoot
the guy who's inside the plane.
Next scene, as you go after the car, first shoot the passenger, then
shoot the driver. That's the end of this round.

Garage:
-------
After your partner runs off, shoot the guy on the right, then the guy
on the left.
Next scene, guys pop up randomly. Just shoot them as they pop up.
1) A guy pops up behind the trunk of the car on the left.
2) A guy pops up to the right of the car on the left.
3) A guy pops up on the right of the screen, behind right car.
4) A guy pops up on the left of the screen, between the left car and
the tow truck.
5) A guy pops up behind the open door of the blue car on top.
6) A guy pops up between the two cars on top.
The last guy opens the door to the toll truck. Shoot him, and he
will try to get back up. Shoot him again.
Next scene, a guy waits for you between the blue car and the white
truck. Shoot him. Then, a guy pops up behind the trunk of the blue
car. Then, shoot the driver inside the truck. Then, shoot the guy
behind the barrel, and he'll fly away. Then, shoot the lady behind the
toll truck. Next, shoot the guy off the roof. That's the end of the
round.

Strip Club:
-----------
Guys pop up randomly. Just shoot them as they pop up. Note, a
stripper would get up from behind the right pole, don't shoot her.
1) A guy pops up behind the stage next to the right pole.
2) A stripper steps up with a gun from the left of the screen.
3) A guy with a machine gun pops up on the top floor, the second
table.
4) The guy your partner shot at gets back up.
5) A guy pops up to the left of the stage.
Next scene, a guy steps up from the right. Shoot him. Then shoot the
guy that steps up from the left. Next, shoot the guy next to the girl.
Then shoot the guy in the background.

Swat:
-----
After you beat Undercover, you go to Swat. There are 3 rounds in Swat.
They are: Drug lab, Bank Robbery, and Base.
Guys pop up randomly at these stages, and it seems I would never be
able to beat all 3 stages with the limited lives and continues and a
control pad. Hope you guys have better luck!

Deaths:

From female partner:
"You'll never make sergeant."
"Later, dude."
"You'll never make it to undercover."
If you hit your partner:
"And to think you could have been somebody."
If you hit the Sales Clerk:
"Great shot. Too bad you hit the Sales Clerk."
If you hit the Security Guard:
"That was a Security Guard you shot. Bozo."
Game over:
"Too bad you're old, I was beginning to like you pal."
From male partner:
"Better luck next time, partner."
"You're out of here, partner." Then, a stripper asks, "Hey Stan, how
about a table dance?" He then says, "I'll take a rain check." (Yeah,
I don't get this one either."
"You're finished, partner."
"Tough luck. You're finished."
While eating a donut, "You're history, partner."
Game over:
"Sorry part. You're out of here."
